POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Cruise Planners is a full service travel business, however, Cruise Planners is
merely a selling agent for the individual cruise lines, and we make no
warranties express or implied. Cruise Planners is not responsible for last
minute changes of price or itinerary by the cruise line, or any errors or
omissions displayed on this or any page.

GROUP TERMS
Group Terms and Conditions:
The acceptance of this group agreement constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions of this agreement, MSC’s brochure and the Passenger Ticket Contract, details of which may be obtained upon request. This agreement can only be modified by the issuance of a revised group confirmation or written communication signed by an officer of MSC Cruises.  
Group rates, herein are not to be sold to/through other Travel Agencies and they are only applicable to permanent residents/citizens of the USA and Canada.  Violations are subject to forfeiture of commission payments.  MSC Cruises also reserves the right to cancel all group space whether sold or unsold in the event of breach of this contract. MSC Cruises USA (Inc.), hereafter referred to as MSC, requires that you may not advertise in any way to the general public (via newspaper, magazine, radio or television etc.) any MSC Cruises at rates below the published True Partner (TP) Rates.

Rates and Occupancy: 
MSC Cruises reserves the right to decline the sale of a staterooms for less that its stated capacity.
Group pricing and amenities are not combinable with any other promotions.

Erroneous Pricing Notice:
MSC Cruises reserves the right not to honor any published rates that if determines were erroneous due to printing, electronic, clerical or
administrative error.

Stateroom Assignments:
Please note by confirming space, MSC guarantees confirmation by category not specific stateroom location or type of designated category. Full
names of each guest and full deposits are required to secure specific stateroom assignments.

Space Reviews:
MSC will conduct periodic reviews of promotional group efforts and group sales status. These reviews will occur 180, 150 and 120 days prior to
sailing.   MSC reserves the right to recall all or part of the of the groups unsold space at any time. Sold allotment space is defined as staterooms for which MCS Cruises has received names and the payments. All groups are automatically reduced to sold 120 days prior to sailing.

Final payments are due based on the below:
Cruises < 5 Nights 75 days prior to sailing
Cruises 5-14 Nights 90 days prior to sailing
Cruises > 15 Nights 110 days prior to sailing

MSC reserves the right to cancel all or part of a group's reserved accommodations if there is a failure to meet scheduled due dates for deposits and final payments. 

Name Changes:
Name changes can be made until 7 days prior to departure at no cost to the guest. Name changes within 7 days of the departure date will be
considered a cancellation subject to the above cancellation charges. An original passenger must remain in the Booking for the name change not to be considered a cancellation, in which case the Booking will be subject to the above cancellation charges.
Above charges do not include cancellation or change fees which may be applied by air carriers, hotel and /or land service suppliers, which will be
assessed in accordance with such suppliers’ policies.
MSC’s sole liability shall be to refund amounts received less amounts due to MSC pursuant to its refund and cancellation policy. 

We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance. Information will be
supplied to you when your Cruise Planners agent contacts you.
